After years in leadership roles that required constant presence, problem-solving, and responsibility for others, I recognized that so many women quietly carry burnout, disconnection, and the feeling of moving through life on autopilot.

What I needed was not more motivation, but space. Space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with myself without guilt or pressure. That realization became the foundation of my work.

Through coaching, energy work, and guided workshops, I create grounded, intentional environments where women slow down, release what no longer serves them, and restore clarity from within. This work is not about fixing or escaping your life; it is about realigning with it, with confidence, ease, and self-trust.

What is Reconnective Healing?
Reconnective Healing® is a return to an optimal state of balance that results from interacting with its fully comprehensive spectrum of frequencies consisting of Energy, Light & Information™. In fact, recent studies have even shown that this spectrum brings about a distinctly beneficial transformation in our DNA. However, you can receive RH in its highest form when you allow yourself to release expectations. Following this, it restores coherence and harmony in our lives and transforms our bodies, hearts, minds, and souls – physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and in many ways that otherwise may seem impossible.

What is Alignment?
Alignment is about clarifying who you are — your values and priorities — and removing the noise and distraction of other’s expectations, rather than trying to achieve some unattainable “balance” based on society’s norms and values. It’s finding the flow and letting go of the things that cause friction. It’s seeking an order to life rather than trying to be everywhere, doing everything for everyone.
